Welcome to Resonance. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Resonance platform, including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

You and Resonance agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except:

YOU AND RESONANCE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Unless both you and Resonance agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
For disputes not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Resonance regarding the Service.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.
